The owners and staff are amazing, making this one of our best experiences ever! We have rented villas for years now, and always searching for that perfect place! This is it! The villa has been designed for absolute comfort and style!
We brought our sons and friends with us. Our friends had never been to Jamaica, and we hoped they would fall in love with it! They did!
The staff was extremely efficient and we couldn’t wait to see and taste what Sharon had cooked up for us each day!

The word kotch is a Jamaican slang for somewhere that is just comfortable enough for you to rest your head. This is far more than a kotch, its heaven on earth. The villas - located on 3 levels with 3 separate entrances, are comfortable, elegant and rustic at the same time. All bedrooms have a breath-taking view of the ocean. I fell asleep to the music the waves made as they caressed the sand below my balcony. This is now my new go-to spot to relax and regroup. As a Jamaican, living in Jamaica, I feel so blessed to have jewels like this around me.

Kotch was the perfect get a way for me and my family. We have been travelling to Jamaica for over 12years and can I tell you, this is the most beautiful villa we have visited. We booked the entire villa and had no regrets. Each floor had a wonderful view of the ocean. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was excellent and the food was great! I would recommend Kotch a million times!
