The Rooms
Peeniwalli’s four bedrooms spill out onto shaded balconies over an open-air central staircase that unites the villa’s private quarters and central gathering spots. The curved geometry of textured concrete winds gently throughout the villa bringing a softness to the architecture that feels calming and airy. Rooms flow naturally from indoor to outdoor and a family-sized kitchen and living room make it easy to accommodate small or large groups. With its own pool connected to an outdoor dining and lounge area, Peeniwalli can be rented on its own or along with Steppa villa – another home in the Kotch collection located on the same property.
Starlight (Master Bedroom)

Sweet Tree (Room 4)

Outdoor Patio and Lounge
The outdoor patio is just a few steps from the beach where you can take a fresh morning sea swim and then hang by the pool until the afternoon sun arrives. Move from sunbathing to the shaded cover of a tree or relax under the large wooden pergola that hangs overhead. It’s the perfect spot for yoga, meditation, board games or simply laughing and chatting with family and friends. There’s a bar area where you or your butler can mix the perfect evening cocktail while the villa’s chef works their magic on the outdoor grill under the Brazilian Macha tree. Take dinner inside for a change of scenery or simply have it set on the big round patio table and watch the sky change into vibrant colors of oranges, pinks and purples as the sun sets in the distance.
